-The complex includes an 80-meter observation tower, a public center, a spa, and rotating panoramic retreat cabins. The tower features a 360-degree glass viewing platform with unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.

-The public center has a fluid, infinityshaped form that integrates with the mountainous terrain. Each circular retreat cabin, equipped with floor-to-ceiling glazing, gently rotates to follow the sun throughout the day.

-The design emphasizes transparency, fluidity, and harmony- between architecture and nature, blending structural innovation with an immersive spatial experience.
